Cancellation Fees and Late Arrival Policy
Cancellation Policy:
All appointments are carefully timed. To avoid paying
for missed appointments, a cancellation notice of 24 hours is required for all
clients. Exceptions may be made to this policy for emergency situations; please
send an email to info@relaxglasgow.co.uk to discuss your situation but always cancel
your massage by phone on 01413284119 or by sending a text message to
07411200558 as soon as possible. Please note that work conflicts are not
considered emergencies.
Cancellation Fees:
- £0 if cancellation is made 24 hours in advance or more
- £20 if cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance
- 100% treatment cost in case of NO SHOW or if cancellation is made less than 2 hours in advance
Clients will incur a 100% charge of their scheduled
appointment fee if they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or are 'No-Call, No-Show
Late Arrival Policy:
Clients will receive the time remaining on their scheduled service and will be charged for the 100% of their scheduled appointment, regardless of actual length of service received. Clients that opt to reschedule instead of receiving a shortened service will be charged 50% of their scheduled appointment fee.
