GlasgowReconnect, Release and Revitalise
Discover the art of restorative suction with our Body Cupping Therapy - a specialised session designed to help relieve deep-seated tension, improve circulation and promote a sense of renewed vitality. Our skilled therapist applies gentle yet effective suction cups over targeted muscle zones (back, shoulders, legs) to awaken blood flow, ease muscle tightness and enhance your body's natural recovery process.
What to expect
We begin with a brief consultation to identify the tension zones and your specific wellness needs.
A light cleanse and warm-up massage to prepare the skin, followed by carefully placed cups that create a gentle suction effect.
The cups may remain stationary, or in some areas be moved lightly to stimulate connective tissue and encourage lymphatic flow.
You will feel a soothing stretch and lift sensation across the treated zones, leaving you with a light, relaxed heaviness once the session concludes.
After the cups are removed, a finishing soothing oil or lotion is applied and you are given a few minutes to relax and absorb the benefits.
Benefits of Body Cupping
Helps relieve muscle tension and reduce stiffness by drawing fresh blood into the treated area, encouraging tissue repair and ease of movement.
Enhances circulation and lymphatic drainage, supporting the removal of metabolic waste and promoting holistic recovery.
Complements other therapies (such as massage, sports recovery or postural work) by preparing the connective tissues for deeper release and flexibility.
Helps bring about a sense of calm and renewed energy, ideal after a busy week, intensive training or prolonged posture stress.
Is it right for you?

A bleeding or clotting disorder
Deep vein thrombosis, a pacemaker or serious cardiovascular condition
Pregnancy (please ask for our pregnancy-safe alternatives)
